Popalong was created in the spirit of joy, friendship, and collaboration by Lil Pop Shop and Weckerly's Ice Cream. We’ve both been hand making small batch frozen treats in Philadelphia for the past ten years! With a shared focus on fresh local ingredients, fair-trade sourcing, and friendly service we’re thrilled to bring everything together under one roof and four wheels.
